Our team had the opportunity to present at the University’s Discovery and Impact Forum—aptly called “Gut Check,” where UChicago scientists discussed cutting-edge research on the microbiome and metabolome in health. Given our findings regarding the mechanisms involved in the gut-brain axis, our work was featured at this event held at the Peninsula in downtown Chicago.
